We arrived in Lima and drove by bus to Tarma Saturday. It took us a 1-2 days to get acclamated. We went to church at Iglesia Biblica Bautista de Tarma Sunday. Donald preached Sunday morning and Jim Earl preached Sunday night. There were two professions of faith.
We have seen almost 600 patients in two days. We plan to see patients this morning, approximately 200. We need to edit our notes to fit the exact medicine and strengths now that we know what medicines we have. Dr. Isard and Pastor Paul spent Monday and Tuesday morning trying to get the medicines released to no avail.

ABOUT OUR FAMILY
Our family has a passion for missions. We have visited many places around the world such as: Honduras, Philippines, Bolivia, Peru, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Cambodia, Juarez, Mexico and Dominican Republic. We are so thankful and blessed that God has allowed us to travel the world and share His Word and minister in Jesus' name.

DONALD is a Medical Doctor. He travels around the world once or twice yearly on medical missions trips through the Baptist Medical Missions International. On these trips he spends long hours ministering to the many physical needs of the locals prescribing medicine and treatments to help relieve some of their suffering.

LILI is Donald's wife. She works alongside him as a Spanish language interpreter and often finds herself comforting and ministering to the emotional and spirtital needs of these families.

Our children, PAUL and ELIZABETH, have been on a few of the medical/evangelistic trips with us. These trips have been immeasurable spiritual events in our children's lives, broadening their views of the Lord and of the world.
Sister-in-law, DOVIE, is a Registered Nurse. She accompannied Donald and Lili on the 2004 Bolivia trip and worked in the pharmacy distributing and administering the prescribed medicines.

JASON is Dovie's son and Donald's nephew. He's also been going on mission trips for several years. His most recent trips were to Mexico, Cambodia, and Honduras. Usually his trips are evangelistic in nature. However, on the Honduras trip he was able to use his skills as an electrical engineering student to help provide electricity to a small mountain village.
